Finding new solutions/services and tools to improve the quality of life of young people 16+ with disabilities

Erasmus+ KA122-ADU – Short-term projects for mobility of learners and staff in adult education.

Participation in an international project will also bring a new level of customer service, which will increase the capacity of the organisation in the areas where it works. The main aim of the project is to gain new experience in working with young people with special needs (16+) in order to improve the quality of rehabilitation services.

The project will carry out a series of activities that will provide new information on modern support systems for young people with special needs. It will also result in new techniques being introduced and developed and positive examples of support programmes. On the basis of the information gathered, training seminars will be organised in organisations to analyse and develop rehabilitation services for young people with special needs. Where appropriate, new services and new opportunities for 16+ people with special needs will be introduced. New worksheets for working with young people with special needs will be developed (analysis of available options, registration of rehabilitation results and other documentation needed to document the process).
